Alisa Kobrinetz Chernack, Esquire has over 27 years of experience in representing long term care facilities and individuals regarding Medicaid eligibility, appeals and estate planning. Her practice also concentrates in guardianship matters throughout many jurisdictions in Maryland wherein she represents the petitioner and disabled person.  She also concentrates on issues surrounding families with a special needs child or relative.  Ms. Chernack earned her B.A. degree from The University of Florida in 1988. She went on to earn her J.D. from The University of Baltimore in 1991.  She is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, Howard County Bar and Women’s Bar Association.  She also serves on the Board of Directors for the Howard County Autism Society.

Dianna Schaeberle, Esquire joined the firm in 2010 after serving as a law clerk to the Honorable John W. Debelius, III, the Administrative Judge of the Circuit Court for Montgomery County. Ms. Schaeberle received her B.A. from the University of Maryland, College Park, in 2006. She went on to earn her J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law in 2009.

Ms. Schaeberle was admitted to the Maryland State Bar in 2009 and the North Carolina State Bar in 2010. She is currently a member of the Maryland State Bar Association and the Frederick County Bar Association.

Rachel Kling, Esquire joined the firm after practicing law in Buffalo, New York and serving as law clerk to the Honorable Timothy J. McCrone, Judge of the Circuit Court for Howard County.

Ms. Kling received her B.A. from the State University of New York at Geneseo in 2004. She went on to earn her J.D. with a civil litigation concentration from the University at Buffalo Law School in 2011.

Ms. Kling was admitted to the New York Bar and Maryland Bar in 2012. She is currently a member of the New York State Bar Association, Maryland State Bar Association and Howard County Bar Association.

Randi Bocanegra, Esquire joined the firm in 2014 after working as a solo practitioner. Ms. Bocanegra received her B.A. in Sociology and Psychology from Dakota Wesleyan University in Mitchell, South Dakota in 1995. She moved to Maryland in 1996 where she worked as an advocate in the field of Developmental Disabilities for over 10 years before returning to school and earning her J.D. in 2009 from the University of Baltimore.
Ms. Bocanegra was admitted to the Maryland Bar in 2009 and is currently a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, Women's Bar Association and the Anne Arundel County Bar Association.

Jenica Cassidy, Esquire joined the firm after serving as a legal fellow with the American Bar Association. Emily L. Zychowicz, Esquire joined the firm in 2018 after working for several years as the Director of Operations for a Maryland Autism Waiver provider. Prior to that Ms. Zychowicz provided legal representation in Social Security Disability matters. Ms. Zychowicz received her B.A. in Psychology from Washington College in Chestertown, Maryland in 2004. She then worked with children and adults with Developmental Disabilities and Autism before returning to school and earning her J.D. in 2009 from the University of Baltimore.  She was admitted to the Maryland State Bar in 2009.
